Our current project, Project Lair, is a strategy-first roguelite ARPG that blends hero-led squad combat with persistent settlement progression. Players control a hero and their retinue in tactical skirmishes, carrying forward the legacy of each generation as they build, lose, and rebuild within a world inspired by Asian mythology.
